I have a high regard for strategic thinking, operational efficiency, partnership and empathy. I rarely take the path of least resistance and recognize human interactions are complex.
I’m a lover of herbal tea and always on the lookout for a quality empanada (it’s hard to top my Chilean grandmother’s recipe) and remain a constant student of human behavior.
I’m known for:
Efficiency – without sacrificing communication or quality
Effectiveness – measured by client satisfaction
Empathy – which supports and motivates others
If you want to learn more about my extensive corporate background working at companies like Starbucks and teaching undergrads at University of WA, Bothell and professionals at UCLA Extension…or my experiences, education and certifications that inform my work across a wide roster of clients, check out my profile on LinkedIn.
I’m also writing a book. Based on my research, I published a chapter on Empathetic Leadership and it propelled forward how I want to continue to bring this work to life.
